Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients following established recipes and standards
Support chefs and cooks in food handling, ensuring all ingredients are stored properly and prepared safely
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety regulations
Help with food service duties such as plating dishes, serving meals, and managing order flow during busy periods
Follow strict food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls
Ensure all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow
Handle food with care to prevent cross-contamination and ensure quality standards are met
Wash dishes and put them up in proper place
Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable
Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic cooking techniques
Knowledge of meal preparation, food handling, and safety procedures within the food industry
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving others
Basic understanding of culinary practices and food presentation is a plus

Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred
