Your Shift, Your Stage: What You'll Be Rockin'

As a KEY HOURLY you'll be the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn't on deck. You'll:


Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts Keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher Support training and coaching--building up your crew each day Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro Jump in wherever needed--register, grill, line, prep--you name it Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and running smooth

Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience = major plus A natural leader who thrives in the hustle Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included) You're all about delivering great food and great vibes
