Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part time retail key holder to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to foster a positive work environment for all employees. 2 week days, and 2 weekend days needed. (Ex Tues and Thurs Friday and Sunday)

Duties

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints. Implement effective sales strategies to achieve store goals and increase profitability. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience. Utilize POS systems for transactions, and sales reporting. Selling jewelry and piercing ears. We will train you!

Skills

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Knowledge of cashiering procedures and cash handling best practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff. Familiarity with merchandising techniques and marketing strategies to drive sales. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
