As a PT Keyholder at Detail Garage you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, providing in depth product knowledge and creating an awesome experience for our customers. The PT Keyholder is also responsible for achieving personal and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and offer an unforgettable shopping experience. Greet and engage customers, discovering their auto care product needs. Meet selling expectations and achieve individual and team sales goals to contribute to the store's overall success. Display expert product knowledge and service multiple customers at a time. Communicate professionally with customers, associates and corporate partners. Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards. Perform POS transactions accurately and efficiently and follow all cash handling procedures. Ensure Loss Prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external shortages. Adhere to all company policy and procedures. Maximize individual performance by accepting direction, coaching and feedback. Represent Detail Garage with integrity and honesty in all interactions with associates and customers. Safeguard confidential information, cash and credit card information, and merchandise.

Skills and Experience

Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others. Retail experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Ability to deal with problem situations in a professional manner. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Schedule flexibility with the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays Ability to move about in a store including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders and step stools, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
