We are seeking a RELIABLE Night Auditor to join our team. The position will be 2 nights per week. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while performing essential accounting tasks. This position requires you to be detail-oriented and customer-focused with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest relations. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures efficiently. Utilize phone systems to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance for management review. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Cleans the hotel to ensure the hotel is ready for the guests in the morning.
