Position Summary

The Home Maker provides essential non-medical support to clients in their homes, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy living environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, caring, and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, dishes, etc.)

Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation
Change bed linens and maintain a tidy home environment
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition or surroundings
Ensure safety and cleanliness of the home
Maintain confidentiality and respect for each client's dignity

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous home care, housekeeping, or caregiver experience is a plus (but not required)
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Must pass a background check and health clearance (including TB clearance)
Reliable transportation preferred (mileage reimbursement may be available)
