Front Desk Associate - Hochstetler Resorts

Hochstetler Resorts is a family-owned hospitality company operating four hotels in Estes Park:

Silver Moon Inn, Appenzell Inn, Estes Mountain Inn, and Hotel Estes

. We've been proudly serving locals and visitors since 1998, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated team member to join our front desk staff.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality Process check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations Answer phones and assist guests with questions about the area Handle guest concerns and problem-solve when needed Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-day balancing Ensure lobby and desk areas remain clean and welcoming Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams Set up and break down continental breakfast

Additional Duties

Assist with training new staff Perform light maintenance or cleaning tasks as needed Restock supplies Deliver pack-and-plays, towels, rollaways, etc. to guestrooms Operate basic property systems (PMS, HVAC, pool equipment--with training)

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, neat appearance Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills Ability to perform simple math High school diploma or equivalent Prior hotel experience a plus, but not required
