Credentialing Requirements: Minimum of a Master's Degree in a human services field, under Supervision for license, or, Licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LBP, LADC or LMFT. Must be willing to drive to southern counties in Oklahoma.
Agency has in-house board approved supervisors for LCSW, LPC, LMFT. Agency pays for supervision. Agency also provided evidence-based practices such as problematic sexual behavior cognitive behavioral therapy (PSB-CBT) and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
Agency provides adminstrative assistant to the therapist.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Provision of therapeutic support to youth in care, their families, and foster parents.
Documentation of those services in the format required by licensure, payor source and accreditation policies.
Timely development and submission of the reports, treatment plans, extension requests and other documentation as required by the foster care policies.
Participate in staff meetings, office activities, routine, and unscheduled staff meetings as they relate to the children in care, foster parents, and other clients. Attending treatment team meetings and disruption staffing.
Attend training as required for license, accreditation, or contract maintenance.
Meet minimum utilization expectations monthly.
We offer a fee-for-service pay structure, where your earnings are based on the number of clients you see and the frequency of their sessions. This model allows for flexibility and the potential to increase your income based on your caseload.
