Duties

Safely operate vehicle to pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations, ensuring timely and courteous service. Use the rideshare platform's app to accept ride requests, navigate routes efficiently, and communicate with passengers as needed. Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure passenger safety at all times. Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and attentive to passenger needs. Manage your schedule flexibly by choosing shifts that align with your availability, maximizing your earning potential. Keep accurate records of trips completed and earnings for personal tracking and platform requirements. Respond promptly to ride requests during designated hours and manage cancellations or issues professionally.

Experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to create positive rider experiences. Ability to navigate using GPS apps efficiently and adapt to changing traffic conditions. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to optimize your flexible schedule. Must be at least 21 years old (or age as specified by local regulations).
