Position Overview

We are seeking a

Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor

to lead evening operations across multiple sites. This role involves supervising janitorial teams, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth nightly operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate evening janitorial teams, assigning tasks effectively Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restocking Clean and sanitize restrooms and shared spaces Coach and mentor staff to enhance skills and performance Enforce company policies and safety protocols Secure facilities at the end of each shift

Minimum Requirements

18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug screenings Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional

Preferred Skills & Experience

Prior janitorial or supervisory experience Knowledge of cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and safety procedures Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset Motivated to grow in a leadership role
