Position Overview

We are looking for a

Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor

to manage evening operations across multiple sites. This position involves leading janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety, mentoring team members, and overseeing smooth nightly operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate evening janitorial teams, delegating tasks effectively Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and shared areas Mentor and guide staff to improve performance and skills Enforce safety protocols and company policies Secure facilities at the end of each shift

Minimum Requirements

18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug tests Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between worksites Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional

Preferred Skills & Experience

Previous janitorial or supervisory experience Knowledge of cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and safety procedures Positive, proactive attitude and collaborative work style
