Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and motivated leader to oversee evening janitorial operations at multiple locations across O?ahu. As a Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor, you will guide staff, ensure facility cleanliness and safety, support team development, and manage smooth nightly operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise evening janitorial teams and assign daily tasks Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality Oversee floor maintenance: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and shared spaces Mentor staff to improve skills, performance, and efficiency Enforce safety procedures and company policies Secure facilities and confirm proper closure at the end of each shift

Minimum Qualifications

18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug screenings Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills & Experience

Prior janitorial or supervisory experience Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols Positive, solution-oriented attitude and strong teamwork abilities
