Position Overview: Evening Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor - O?ahu

We are seeking dependable and motivated leaders to manage evening janitorial operations at multiple O?ahu sites. The ideal candidate will maintain cleaning standards, ensure workplace safety, supervise team members, and contribute to the overall success of our evening cleaning crews.

$19-$20 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise evening cleaning staff and assign daily tasks Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Ensure restrooms, break areas, and shared spaces are sanitized Monitor employee performance and enforce safety policies Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to improve team efficiency Secure and lock facilities at the end of each shift

Minimum Requirements

At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug tests Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in janitorial work or supervisory roles Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and health standards Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and professionalism
