Dishwasher/Janitor

Fixed Hours:

- Monday - Thursday 4pm to Close (approximately 9:30-10pm)

Responsibilities

- Ensure dining room, restrooms and patio dining areas (summer only) are clean and ready for service.

- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Ensure they are put in correct places.

- Maintain restroom cleanliness and ensure all janitorial supplies are stocked.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

- Ensure all trash is taken out and close up kitchen at the end of night.

Experience

- Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment is preferred.

- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & physically demanding setting with stairs.

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

- Team player with excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
