What you'll do

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of all food handling areas. Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient service during busy periods. Support events by preparing necessary items and maintaining cleanliness. Perform bussing duties to clear tables and assist with dining area upkeep. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues.

Basic qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen setting. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Knowledge of food service operations and hospitality principles.
