What You'll Do

Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and joy in learning Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and team members Support children's growth across developmental domains: social, emotional, cognitive, and physical Ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children in your care

Who You Are

A team player who values collaboration and communication Enthusiastic about working with young children Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn (For Lead positions) Experienced in early childhood education with a CDA, associate's, or higher degree preferred (For Assistant positions) Prior experience in a childcare setting is a plus but not required -- we'll train the right person!
