Here's what you can expect to handle in this role on a routine basis:

Work closely with our clients and their pets during check in/out Provide patients with a high level of patient care and attention as they come and go from the clinic Smiling, cheerful attitude Capable of multi-tasking, answering multiple phone lines and greeting clients

To be successful in this role you will need to:

Have a strong work ethic, with the ability to work seamlessly as a team, as well as independently Possess strong people skills, with a specialized focus of an outgoing personality which provides clients with the satisfaction of visiting our clinic Clear and effective communication, with both clients and fellow team members A commitment to superior client services in all aspects of your job Be respectful and courteous to all clients, their pets and team members Acute attention to detail in all procedures and treatments

Job Requirements:

2 years experience in customer service Excellent computer software skills and proficient in electronic medical records

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
