Part Time Cashier/phone Operator/light Accounting

Job Description
This position at Glenn Buege Chevrolet encompasses a variety of responsibilities including cashier, telephone operator, and light accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable with managing cash transactions and handling incoming calls in a professional manner. This is a part time position working Monday - Friday 12:30 - 6 pm and every other Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
Responsibilities:
Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions for all departments Answering and directing incoming phone calls Providing exceptional customer service Maintaining a clean and organized work area Filing and scanning documents Completing miscellaneous office tasks such as typing vehicle sales documents and working with titles
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Efficient multitasking abilities Keen attention to detail Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Successful completion of background and driving record checks
