Part-Time Budtender / Security Guard

to join our growing team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who values safety, service, and community while building a future in the cannabis industry.

Budtender Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by educating and guiding guests toward the right products for their needs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary floor Accurately process transactions and confidently communicate product details Stay informed on current products, strains, concentrates, edibles, and accessories Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product displays Ensure full compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations Help create a safe, inclusive, and educational experience for every customer

Security Responsibilities

Monitor and secure the premises to maintain a safe environment Perform routine security checks of the facility and surrounding areas Operate and oversee surveillance systems Enforce company safety, security, and compliance policies Manage guest access and verify proper authorization Respond to incidents or emergencies and notify authorities when necessary

Qualifications

Budtending experience required

Valid

Guard Card

or willingness to obtain one within the first two weeks of hire Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude Reliable work ethic and eagerness to learn Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed Must be

21+ years old

and meet all local regulatory requirements
