Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for our guests by maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, preparing and serving food items, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to start their day on a positive note.

Duties

Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, ensuring all offerings are visually appealing and meet food safety standards. Prepare coffee and other beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations throughout the breakfast service. Assist guests with their needs, providing information about menu items and accommodating special requests. Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery to guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, particularly in roles related to meal preparation or banquet services. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience using kitchen equipment such as knives and coffee machines is a plus. Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is beneficial but not required. A background as a delivery driver or in kitchen operations can enhance your candidacy for this role.
