Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone Saturday-Monday nights. Cross-training is available to maximize shift availability. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and maintaining the cash register. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a bartender. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus; familiarity with various types of beverages is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
