Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality and consistency standards
- Package finished products for sale or distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in food preparation and production, preferably in a bakery or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
- Proficient knife skills for cutting and shaping dough
- Excellent food handling skills to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
