Responsibilities

Drive results through selling skills and building trusted relationships with guests Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Participate in the recruiting process by identifying potential candidates and conducting interviews. Conduct employee orientation sessions to integrate new hires into the company culture. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and inventory levels, making informed decisions to optimize store performance. Oversee cash register operations, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with management on budgeting strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
