Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part time Art Teacher to inspire creativity and artistic expression in students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. This role involves practicing engaging lesson plans, teaching various art techniques, and encouraging students to explore their artistic talents while integrating essential skills such as math and literacy into the curriculum.

Responsibilities

Teach various art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media. Follow prescribed instructional programs and maintain instructional materials (provided). Foster a positive classroom environment that supports childhood development. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Organize art exhibitions or showcases to display student work and celebrate their achievements.

Requirements

Proven experience working with students in an educational setting is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have your own reliable transportation for travel to/from work sites in the greater North Fort Worth area.

Additional Information

Paid monthly training. Increased starting pay rate for desired experience and certifications. Routine pay increases based on performance. Cash bonuses for earning additional business.
