The City of South Portland, is currently seeking a Parks Laborer to join the Parks, Recreation and Waterfront Team. This position is a full time, year-round, benefits-eligible, Union position with a rich benefits package.

Position Summary:

The Parks Laborer performs a variety of maintenance and construction tasks in the repair and maintenance of parks, athletic fields, recreational facilities and various City buildings and grounds.

Education and Experience:

Must possess a high school diploma or GED and two (2) years of prior work experience in the Parks, Sports fields, ground maintenance or construction trades.

Must possess a valid Maine Class "C" driver's license.
