Paraprofessional Needed on Staten Island

A well known non-profit organization is looking for a paraprofessional to work 1:1 with a pre-school child.

Weekly Pay!

Primary Responsibilities

Shadow child in classroom and attend to child while there Accompany to therapy sessions (physical, occupational and speech) Respond to medical emergencies that may arise Perform any and all paraprofessional responsibilities as needed Other responsibilities as required by situation and supervisor

Requirements

GED or high school diploma 3-6 months experience as a paraprofessional Trained in use of Epi-Pen Willing and able to work with medically fragile children in a school environment

Must

be fingerprinted, or willing to be fingerprinted, by the Board of Education. Fees for fingerprinting to be paid by candidate. Mandated Reporter certified A $25 money order to be paid to the school to complete the SCR Form. This is to be paid by the candidate. Recent Quantiferon TB test Pre-employment Physical Exam Titer tests for: MMR TDAP Varicella
