Position Summary:

The Paraprofessional will support teachers in delivering high-quality instruction, assist students with academic and behavioral needs, and help create an engaging and safe classroom environment. This role is essential in ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities. Provide individualized support to students with varying academic or behavioral needs. Supervise students during classroom, lunch, and recess activities as needed. Support the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities. Assist with grading, record-keeping, and maintaining student progress reports. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. Experience working with children in educational or support roles is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow directions, work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.
