## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional Educator to join our team. Must have experience in the classroom. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. ## Responsibilities - Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities - Provide individualized attention and support to students - Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance - Help with the preparation and organization of educational materials - Supervise students during various activities - Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress ## Qualifications - - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Ability to engage and interact positively with children - Understanding of educational methodologies is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with elementary learners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.75 - $17.50 per hour
