We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Paraplanner to join our financial services team in . The ideal candidate will support financial advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Duties



Assist in developing personalized financial plans tailored to client needs, including estate planning, investment management, and cash management strategies. Conduct detailed research on securities law, tax laws, wills, trusts, and estate law to ensure accurate and compliant recommendations. Prepare documentation related to financial analysis, portfolio management, and asset management for review by senior advisors. Support the creation of reports using financial software and tools to analyze client portfolios and performance metrics. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products. Engage with clients through customer relationship management (CRM) systems to facilitate ongoing communication and service delivery. Assist in the preparation of presentations for client meetings and facilitate the implementation of approved financial strategies. Ensure all documentation complies with technical accounting standards and public accounting regulations as applicable. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field;. Or currently in school pursuing bachelor's degree Proven experience or familiarity with estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, securities law, and tax regulations. Strong understanding of financial concepts including investment management, wealth management, portfolio management, and banking operations. Proficiency with financial analysis tools and software; experience with research platforms is preferred. Excellent math skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately. Knowledge of sales techniques within the financial services industry is advantageous. Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Ability to stay organized under deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
