Job Description

Full Cessna & George Law Firm is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time paralegal/legal assistant position. The position will be based at our London, KY office. Past legal experience is not required but it is preferred. Applicant must possess excellent computer skills, be able to effectively communicate with the general public, be very organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The job will consist of general office duties such as copying, scanning, filing, answering phones, etc. The job will also require the drafting of complex legal documents. The work performed on this job will focus primarily on personal injury cases such as car wrecks, truck wrecks, slip and falls, and medical malpractice. Familiarity with medical records, medical billing, auto insurance, and health insurance is a plus. Although personal injury cases will be the primary focus for this job, there will be times when work must be performed on criminal and divorce/custody cases. Compensation is based on education and experience. The pay will be set at an hourly rate plus bonuses at different times throughout the year. The position offers paid holidays and three (3) weeks of paid vacation. Valid driver\'s license and background check required. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

• Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
