Paralegal/ Legal Assistant (Lake Oswego)

Small Lake Oswego litigation firm seeks an immediate opening for a Personal Injury/ medical malpratice paralegal.

- Personal Injury/ Medical Malpractice experience required

- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, opposing counsel and court staff

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and manage multiple deadlines

- Organizing, coordinating, and overseeing document review and production, drafting requests for production, requesting medical records, reviewing documents for privilege and drafting privilege logs, assisting the attorney as needed

- Excellent computer skills required, including Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Adobe, Dropbox, PowerPoint, Facebook, Linkedln, etc.

We are looking for a motivated professional to become an active member of our team. Please note that our firm litigates matters frequently and litigation experience is required.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Minimum 20 max 37.5 hours per week. Hourly wage dependent upon candidates' qualifications and experience level. Generous medical insurance stipend. Possibility to have every other Friday off.
