This is a full time position with an expectation of 40 hours per week. Work will be completed at our Orem office location. This office operates on 10 hour shifts so each employee gets three days per week off.
Primary tasks of this position are to interview clients for basic health and work history information, complete claim forms, communicate with government agencies regarding claim status, and assist clients in understanding each step of a claim process.
Requires excellent phone/customer service skills, ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks, ability to draft simple letters and respond to written requests for information in a professional manner, working knowledge of MS word and excel, and immaculate organization skills.
