Job Summary:




Seeking a qualified

Paralegal

to support the client's Legal Counsel with

public records requests

,

legal research

, and

document preparation

in compliance with the

Indiana Code

.

Key Responsibilities:



Process Access to Public Records requests within required timeframes. Research and analyze statutes, legal codes, and judicial decisions. Review law enforcement recordings and apply appropriate redactions. Prepare and organize legal documents and subpoena responses. Maintain legal files and respond to inquiries professionally. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with Indiana legal procedures.

Qualifications:



Education/Experience:

Paralegal certification with

2+ years

of experience. Knowledge of

LexisNexis

and

Westlaw

preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and written/verbal communication. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)

. * Must be

18+

and able to work independently under deadlines.
