What You Will Do

Your work will directly impact the firm's ability to meet deadlines, serve clients, and maintain its strong courtroom results.

Draft complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, correspondence, and case documents with minimal revision needed File pleadings accurately and on time Review incoming discovery, track deadlines, and ensure all next steps are calendared and executed Manage and prioritize a high volume caseload while pivoting quickly for urgent court requests or scheduling updates Prepare and organize trial binders and exhibits for hearings and trials Occasionally attend hearings to support with documents and logistics Maintain accurate case information using Clio preferred but not required Keep communication open with leadership, offering updates on deadlines, progress, and needs Bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to daily legal operations
What We Are Looking For

1 to 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, EA Paralegal, Litigation Paralegal, Case Manager, or similar legal support role Strong drafting ability and familiarity with legal processes in any field family law or criminal law experience is a plus but not required Excellent understanding of deadlines, procedural steps, and how to anticipate what comes next Fast learner able to jump in with minimal hand holding Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and pivot when fire drills come through Strong communicator who welcomes open feedback and collaboration Confident with technology and case management tools Clio experience is a major bonus Someone who thrives in a structure where office hours are respected and work life balance actually exists

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
