One of our clients is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organized Paralegal to join a rapidly growing family-focused law practice in Prince Frederick, Maryland.

What You Will Do



Draft key documents from start to finish, including complaints, discovery, answers, and motions File and process legal pleadings with accuracy and timeliness Review discovery, track deadlines, and ensure every task is calendared and followed through Manage a steady caseload and identify what needs attention next without waiting to be told Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and hearing materials Respond quickly to urgent court requests and pivot when priorities shift Maintain well-organized case files and help improve workflow using Clio or similar software Communicate clearly, openly, and consistently with the lead attorney

What We Are Looking For



1 to 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, EA Paralegal, Litigation Paralegal, or Case Manager Any legal field is welcome family law experience is a plus but not required Strong drafting experience and confidence in preparing legal documents Comfortable managing deadlines and understanding procedural steps, especially in family law Strong organization, time management, and ability to prioritize on the fly Familiarity with Clio is a major plus Someone who learns fast, works independently, and thrives in a structured 9 to 5 environment Excellent communicator who can self-regulate, ask questions early, and keep the attorney informed

Compensation and Schedule



Healthcare PTO
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
