Small but established Insurance Defense Law Firm seeking Paralegal.
Experience in insurance defense preferred.
Three years legal experience required. Should be familiar with all phases of litigation such as preparing written discovery requests, preparing 16.1 disclosures, providing experts with documents for review for expert reports, summarizing medical records.
Should be familiar with the local court rules and e-filing procedures. Microsoft work skills required.
