Engage with the community through positive and meaningful interactions at Papillion Landing. Ensure the safety of members and guests by monitoring conduct and cleanliness across the entire Papillion Landing campus. Provide excellent customer service by answering any public inquiries and assist with front desk operations at both facilities on campus. Assist staff with a variety of operational tasks, programs, and events occurring on campus. Other responsibilities include monitoring staff's job performance and work duties along with assisting in the recruitment, training, and retention of employees.
