Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha\'s Kona Beach Hotel currently has an opening for a talented Full Time Pantry II to share the aloha spirit and strive to create a memorable guest experience. Brief Summary of Job: Works under direction of other cooks and/or performs routine pantry work
under general supervision. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
____ Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized
service to hotel guests.
____ Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
____ Assists in preparing and garnishing cold dishes, salads, cold meats, fish and poultry dishes.
____ Slices and grinds meat.
____ Prepares sandwiches.
____ Cleans work area and equipment.
____ May assist in serving cocktails and hor d\xe2\x80\x99oeuvres to waiters.
____ Prepares coffee and other beverages.
____ Mixes dressings and sauces.
____ Helps serve on buffets.
____ Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best
overall performance of the department and hotel.
____ Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
***Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of the position at any time*** Requirements Knowledge/Education/Experience: Knowledge/Education/Experience: High school or equivalent education. One (1) year cold food preparation experience preferred. TB clearance card required. Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements: English speaking or bilingual. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Ability to maintain good team member relations. Dependable.
