We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pantry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling and preparation, with an emphasis on creating high-quality dishes that meet the standards of fine dining. The Pantry Chef will be responsible for managing the pantry area, ensuring that all food items are prepared and stored according to safety guidelines, while also contributing to menu planning and meal preparation for various events.
Responsibilities
Prepare and organize ingredients for daily menu items, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area, adhering to food safety standards. Execute food service tasks efficiently during meal preparation times. Monitor inventory levels of pantry supplies and communicate needs to management. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and food safety protocols within the kitchen environment.
Experience
Proven experience in food preparation within a professional kitchen setting, preferably in fine dining or upscale establishments. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
