The Role at a glance:

We are excited to bring a versatile pantry attendant to our Constellation team at Macquarie in Philadelphia, PA. The Pantry Attendant is responsible for maintaining pantries, managing hot food for the client, upholding the Constellation standard, and other duties assigned by management.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Ensure that work area is always neat, clean and organized including, but not limited to counter, tables, chair, floors, sinks, storage area and equipment.
• Receive deliveries of food. Communicate to management if any product is missing from delivery.
• Restock pantry space which includes, but not limited to snack trays, refrigerators with snacks, beverages, paper products, etc. as needed.
• Check expiration dates daily and discard any expired product. When expired product is discarded, be sure to report what was discarded to management.
• Take temperatures of any hot food that is delivered.
• Maintain hot food while it is out for service which includes, but is not limited to taking temperatures, mixing product, replacing finished trays with new trays, etc.
• Ensure all catering drops are correct and meet company & client standards.
• Respond quickly and respectfully to client needs and report all changes/concerns to management.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
• All cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, dusting, cleaning equipment, etc.
• Maintain personal hygiene & required uniform standards.

What we\'re looking for:

Must-haves:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of food storage and safety procedures.
• This position will require employees be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a foodservice environment.
