Position Spotlight - Inpatient Palliative Care Consultant

Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, palliative care experience is a plus, new grads considered if certified Join an experienced team of providers with residents and fellows on site Patient population: 18 years old+ in need of palliative care, average in-patient census: 5

Responsibilities include:

provide guidance and support to entire inpatient hospital population for management of symptoms related to chronic or advanced disease, including pain be comfortable with complex goals of care conversations possess the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team

???????Providers that excel in this role have:

strong communication skills a broad medical fund of knowledge possess baseline knowledge of post- acute care services be comfortable practicing with autonomy and at the top of their license ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus

M-F days,

No CALL, No Weekends, No Holidays
