Pallet Builder / Repair Technician

Starting Pay: $12/hr (with performance-based raises)

Job Responsibilities

Build and repair wooden pallets using nail guns, saws, pry bars, and basic hand tools Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair needs Stack, sort, and organize finished pallets Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow production goals for speed and quality Lift, move, and handle materials (up to 50-70 lbs as needed) Work as part of a team to meet daily quotas

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Comfortable using hand tools and pneumatic nail guns (training provided) Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials No experience required--

we will train the right person

Must be 18 or older

Schedule
