Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Painter

to join our team and help maintain the exceptional appearance of our community. As a Painter at The Gatesworth, you will:

Maintain and refresh paint in all common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and offices. Perform drywall repairs and taping as needed. Prepare and paint the interiors of apartments, including ceilings, walls, and trim. Tasks include removing nails, patching holes, and protecting finished surfaces. Complete maintenance-related work orders as required.

Applicants must currently reside in the St. Louis, MO area to be considered for this position.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional painting experience is required. Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills. Strong customer service skills are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with both team members and residents. Reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to consistently walk, stand, climb ladders, kneel, bend, perform repetitive motions, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds Must be proficient in both written and verbal English.
