We are a contracting company looking to hire a skilled painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, stains, or coatings, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming. Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Maintain high standards of quality and ensure job completion within deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial projects. Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if necessary).
