We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects, with a strong understanding of various painting techniques and surface preparation. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from restoration to new construction, utilizing a wide range of tools and skills to deliver high-quality finishes. The Painter will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to surfaces while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.
Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primer as needed.
Use hand tools, power tools
Perform various types of painting including residential, commercial, construction painting, industrial painting, and restoration projects
Ensure proper surface preparation for different materials such as drywall, plaster, stucco, concrete, and masonry surfaces.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects involving remodeling or renovation work.
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment on construction site
