Position Overview
We're seeking
experienced painters
forcontract-based work
. This position ispaid per job completed at $350 per room
. Applicants must be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently while keeping job sites clean and organized.Responsibilities
Prepare and mask off all surfaces and protect surrounding areas before painting Complete painting work to a professional standard Clean up and leave each job site spotless upon completion Communicate clearly with project managers Follow safety and quality standards on every project
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of professional painting experience
Must haveown tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
Ability to protect and mask off all work areas properly Must clean up thoroughly after each job Reliable, self-motivated, and professionalCompensation
$350 per room
