Job Description
:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks to prepare residential homes for painting and finishing. Your responsibilities will include prep work such as cleaning, sanding, masking, and caulking surfaces; running trim; and performing any other labor or support tasks required by the crew. The ideal candidate is adaptable, follows instructions well, and is eager to take on new challenges as assigned. This is a fast-paced job.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, caulking) Assist with installation and finishing of trim work Removing outlet and light switch covers Move materials and equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Willingness to perform various types of labor and support tasks Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Previous experience in construction or painting prep is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
