Job Description
Residential and Commercial Painter
Location: Aiken, SC
:
S. A. Mikell & Company, a general contractor is looking for an experienced painters to work on close out projects. As a painter, you will take direction from the GC and will be responsible for painting residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with spackling, sanding, and wall repair, as well as exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including spackling, caulking, sanding, and wall repair
Paint residential and commercial spaces with attention to detail and quality
Take direction from the project manager and/or superintendent and work collaboratively with the team
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a residential or commercial painter
Strong knowledge of painting techniques and tools
Spray and Rolling Applications
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Pay Rate: $20+ per hour
Job Type: Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Thursday - 8:10AM - 4:00PM Friday 8:10AM - 12P
Day shift
Commercial painting: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: CSRA and Midlands of South Carolina
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $31.47 per hour
