Full-time, day shift scheduled within store hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Sunday: Closed

A Day in the Life

It's 7:00 a.m. in Kapolei. A contractor needs a bulk order mixed to spec, a homeowner brings a sample to match, and online orders are waiting to be picked and packed. You greet each customer by name, mix and tint with precision, answer product and color questions, recommend add-ons that make their work easier, and keep the sales floor stocked and customer-ready. You ring up purchases at the POS, load products safely, and--once trained--may even run a quick local delivery in a company vehicle. You keep things moving and report to the Store Manager.

What You'll Do

------------------

Welcome wholesale and retail customers, assess needs, and recommend solutions. Mix, tint, and color-match paint to precise customer specifications. Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store with paint and related products. Process orders and payments received in person, by phone, online, and via email. Operate the POS to take payments and cash out customers. Receive training to make local deliveries using a company vehicle. Report directly to the Store Manager.

What You Bring

At least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license (state of current residence), no restrictions, with an acceptable driving record. Strong customer service mindset, team orientation, and stable work history. Availability for flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift and carry up to

80 lbs periodically

and

50 lbs regularly
