The Social Media Representative is responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media strategies across all platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth for all three properties. This position creates compelling content, manages online communities, and ensures a consistent brand voice across channels.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies for all three properties.
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, photography, reels, stories, and written copy, tailored to each platform.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social media accounts.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner to foster community engagement.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare reports with recommendations for growth.
Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns, promotions, and property events.
Maintain a consistent posting calendar and brand voice across all platforms.
Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator with marketing initiatives and planning
Be present for all property events
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies, and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a social media, marketing, or digital content creation role (preferred).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva).
Basic graphic design, photo, and video editing skills.
Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
At least 21 Years of Age
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

Regularly sit and work at a desk or computer.
